Log Outhouse

A log outhouse was obtained by the Society as a gift from Michael Jensen. The outhouse once belonged to Michael’s grandfather. After having floated from place to place in several Red River floods, it somehow remained largely intact, but needed a new seat and door, a new roof, and a general refurbishing. Society member Dean Young accepted the challenge of restoring the unique and historic structure so that it could be placed on the museum grounds.
